Established in Augusta, GA, in 1897 as Southern States Phosphate and Fertilizer, the privately owned company was relocated to Savannah, GA in 1902.

Dulany Industries exited the fertilizer manufacturing business in March 2000 and has grown into a diversified industrial-based enterprise with locations in Savannah, GA, Augusta, GA, Wilmington, NC, and Norfolk, VA.
