Savannah Morning News recently launched the Beacon Project, a quarterly magazine that addresses complex pressing issues that face the coastal region. The inaugural issue sought to answer the question: As our demographics change, our population grows and technology rapidly changes our lives, do we have the infrastructure to support where we need to be in 2033?
